Book: Hyperdrawing: Beyond the Lines of Contemporary Art

Produced by TRACEY, an electronic journal for contemporary drawing research hosted by Loughborough University in the UK. To be published in 2010 with I. B. Tauris.

A book that considers aspects of drawing that exceed predictable expectations of what drawing might be - conceptually, visually and as importantly technologically. The book aims to test the boundaries of drawing practice by asking questions and presenting examples, which challenge conventions. This would include the use of drawing incorporating creative digital technologies.

Residency: ACME Studios Fire Station Work/Live Residency

Programme 4 - 5 year residency beginning April 2010

'If I was asked to devise an art award, it might consist of a house and studio; maybe like Acme Studios, who offer, from a national open submission, five-year work/live residencies at low rents and two-and-a-half-year bursaries at The Fire Station, in Bow in East London; that seems a good model.'
